A year of shared milestones: thank you and Happy Holidays!
Dear Students, Teachers and Collaborators of the European School of Banking Management and the Italian Anti-Money Laundering School,
As 2024 draws to a close, I'd like to take a moment during this holiday season to reflect with you on this past year and share my deep gratitude for what we've accomplished together. It's been an intense year, full of challenges but also of great achievements and satisfactions, which we've faced with determination, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to excellence that has always guided us.
Among the most significant moments, I would like to remember the National Anti-Money Laundering Forum 2024, which was held last November 15 in the prestigious setting of the Cariplo Foundation Congress Center in Milan. On that occasion we inaugurated the 28th academic year of the School and started the 33rd edition of the Anti-Money Laundering Diploma, now a milestone in our sector. With over 300 participants in attendance e 150 remote connections, the Forum confirmed our leading role in anti-money laundering training, both in Italy and internationally.
Another event of great importance was the National Forum on Remote Gaming, organized the 6th December in collaboration with Betpoints, which saw the participation of all the major Italian and international operators in the gaming sector. This event represented an important opportunity to discuss highly topical issues for an ever-evolving industry.
Il 2024 It was also a year of great growth at an international level. Our Master Anti-Money Laundering Diploma welcomed students from Europe, North and South America and Asia, strengthening its global prestige and confirming itself as a training program of absolute excellence. At the same time, the Master in International Sanctions, now reached its The third edition, is becoming an essential point of reference for professionals in the sector.
Special thanks go to the authorities who collaborate with our School, whose contribution is essential for the success of our training activities: from Bank of Italy, With the 'UIF (Financial Intelligence Unit), DIA (Anti-Mafia Investigative Directorate), From Guardia di Finanza al MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) andADM (Customs and Monopolies Agency)Their valuable collaboration strengthens our daily commitment to fighting money laundering and combating all forms of illegality.
No less important is our commitment to social issues, which from beyond 10 years he sees us alongside theUNICEF and others NPOWe firmly believe that education and solidarity must go hand in hand and that only by investing in education and supporting the most vulnerable communities can we help build a better future for all.
