The training process is characterized by a predominantly pragmatic methodology and is entrusted to executives and managers of major national and international credit institutions and companies, who contribute their extensive professional experience and know-how to solving real-world case studies.
The teaching staff also includes managers and business consultants from the European School of Banking Management.
The teaching methodology used guides Master's participants through a comprehensive, dynamic, and engaging learning journey. Pragmatically and practically, the program focuses on enhancing the three aspects of knowledge:
- Knowledge, in terms of models, techniques, methodologies, paradigms and knowledge
- Know-how, or the ability to concretely apply knowledge to business cases and simulations of professional contexts
- Knowing how to be, developing the ability to work in a group and problem solving through exercises
At the end of each course, the European School of Banking Management requires participants to take a written exam, rather than simply a learning assessment. The classroom portion of the training program constitutes a significant portion of the program. Lessons are delivered in a dynamic and participatory manner, using PowerPoint presentations, case studies and analysis, and group work. Classroom activities, led by managers and business consultants and designed to provide basic knowledge, are complemented by testimonials, numerous guided practical exercises, project work, role-playing (also conducted in English), and periodic assessments of results. Each European School of Banking Management student has access to a reserved area on the online learning platform where, at the end of the training days, they can access all the multimedia files presented during the course.
