ATTENDANCE METHODS AND OVERALL REGULATIONS

OF THE EXECUTIVE MASTERS OF THE EUROPEAN SCHOOL OF BANKING MANAGEMENT

(excerpt from the General Conditions)

3.1    Upon completing enrollment, students will be provided with their credentials and access keys to their account on the FAD/E-Learning platform. Students are required to use these credentials personally, with the obligation not to disclose them to third parties and to use them solely for the purposes of the Master's program.

3.2  The term "classroom" refers to both a physical and virtual classroom. This blended Master's program includes both classroom and e-learning participation on the European School of Banking Management's own distance learning (FAD) platform, which aims to offer students a guided, self-paced learning path. E-learning participation is permitted at any time of day or week. Therefore, "attendance" means viewing and studying the online lessons, freely available to students. Its mandatory nature depends on the individual's desired level of preparation.

3.3  Classroom and e-learning courses are scheduled for a total period of 8 months. After this period, all authorizations will be revoked and the student will no longer be able to access the platform or use the teaching materials. The European School of Banking Management of Strategies Srl's services to the student will be considered exhausted.

3.4 The Master's Program, methodology and teaching organization are illustrated in the Announcement and Classroom Regulations published on the website www.schoolofbanking.it, to which the European School of Banking Management of Strategies Srl reserves the right to make any changes motivated by particular organizational and/or educational needs.

3.5 The teaching material is multimedia and includes lessons in format “.scorm” (in the so-called “traditional” mode) accessible from the E-Learning platform: www.scuola-elearning.it and in-depth e-books in format “.pdf” (However, it cannot be modified). The content is curated by European School of Banking Management instructors, all accredited according to the SAT procedure and whose profiles can be viewed on the website. www.schoolofbanking.it.

3.6 Unexplained absences from classroom or e-learning classes exceeding 20% of the agreed-upon total days, not necessarily consecutive, may result in the participant's exclusion from the course without any right to a refund of the participation fee. In any case, at the end of the Master's program, a Master's Diploma will be awarded only to those who have attended at least 80% of the total hours and passed the final exam.

3.7 The participant hereby accepts the possibility of exclusion from the course by the European School of Banking Management of Strategies Srl if, at its sole discretion, it deems the learning outcomes inadequate. Even in this case, the participant remains bound to pay the full participation fee.

3.8  The student will be assigned a tutor, with whom it will be possible to interact via email, asking questions and receiving answers through the teaching secretariat (ppgad@pucrs.br). In addition, students may freely participate (by appointment to be arranged through the teaching secretariat) in any classroom-based teaching activities held at one of the locations where the Master's program is offered.

3.9  The student is required to immediately inform European School of Banking Management of any platform malfunctions. Delayed notification will render European School of Banking Management irresponsible for any failure or defective enjoyment by the student. It is understood that European School of Banking Management guarantees platform support (and is contractually obligated to do so) exclusively from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding weekday holidays and vacation closures.

3.10 Within the e-Learning platform's virtual classroom, the Master's program is organized into several modules, each subdivided into chapters. To access each chapter, students must pass a true/false test at the end of each chapter. Passing the test will allow them to proceed to the next chapter.

3.11 At the end of the entire course (attendance at all modules and passing all tests), students will take an oral exam and a written exam with multiple-choice questions at the European School of Banking Management on the date and time agreed upon with the academic secretariat.

Passing the oral and written exams will result in the awarding of a Master's Degree. No internship is required.

3.12 If all the learning objectives are achieved and the Master's Diploma is simultaneously obtained, the European School of Banking Management of Strategies Srl will certify a total Master's duration of 8 months.
