Notice 2/15 was published today, through which FBA finances the Individual Plans of banking and insurance companies.

Summary of the Notice
The Notice finances Individual Plans aimed at consolidating and developing the employability, adaptability, and skills of workers, as well as increasing the competitive capacity of companies.
The Notice will have a duration of 12 months starting from On 7 January 2015 and the overall financial endowment is € 6.000.000,00 (six million).
Applications for funding can be submitted on any day of each month, except for the month of August, starting from On 7 January 2015.
Each individual company, even if it is a beneficiary of multiple Plans, is entitled to a total loan related to the number of employees registered with the Fund. June 30, 2014, excluding managers. The following table shows the funding classes and the maximum number of workers who can be involved, on the same dates and times.

The maximum funding foreseen for each Plan is € 3.000,00 inclusive of VAT, including any travel expenses (travel, food and accommodation).
To carry out training activities, the companies benefiting from the financing must make use ofImplementing Bodies who possess at least one of the following requirements:
a) subjects in possession of quality certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 sector EA 37 standard;
b) consulting and training companies with at least 5 years of market presence and a turnover of at least 1 million euros in the latest approved financial statements;
c) Public or private universities recognized by the Ministry of Education, University and Research.
The European School of Banking Management of Strategies Srl is the Implementing Body of Notice 2/2015.
An essential requirement for the presentation of a training plan is that membership to the Fund was completed within June 30, 2014; this requirement also exists for Beneficiary Companies.
