Strategies Srl pursues the highest standards of quality and customer care in offering its services, recognizing that consistently honoring commitments made to its customers and exceeding their expectations constitute a lifelong commitment for all staff.

Strategies Srl declares to implement the Quality Management System (QMS) within its own structure, applying it to the services provided, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, adopting the principles of the standard ISO 21001:2018 – Educational organizations — Management systems for educational organizations — Requirements with guidance for use.

The QMS is constantly updated, in line with innovation strategies and the goal of offering services that increasingly meet customer needs. Management has established a structure based on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of company processes, considering them key factors for standing out in a highly competitive market.

In accordance with the general strategies and objectives of growth and competitiveness, the Management promotes:
