By executive order no. 801 of the Professional Training Section of July 23, 2018, Public Notice no. 3/FSE/2018 "GRADUATE PASS – Voucher for post-university training" was approved, within the framework of the Puglia ERDF – FSE 2014-2020 POR.

The objective of the call is to support young Apulians who, having earned a bachelor's or master's degree, or under the old system, intend to enhance their skills by pursuing professional development in a chosen area through participation in a higher education program. Specifically, this support is provided through the provision of a voucher for attending a postgraduate master's program in Italy or abroad.
