The course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of whistleblowing, as well as an overview of organizational solutions for managing the new compliance, the role and responsibilities of the person responsible for managing reports, and finally an overview of the authorities involved, with a focus on the ANAC. The courses will be taught by leading Italian whistleblowing experts who have been working on the topic for years.
