The "COVID-19 CRISIS MANAGEMENT" specialization course begins on June 22nd.
The seven-day COVID-19 CRISIS MANAGEMENT Course provides the tools to navigate Phase 2 of the emergency, enabling you to restart safely and learn how to manage all challenging situations within individual business areas. The first two modules are led by Professor Stefano Loconte. The first addresses legal issues related to COVID-19, such as employers' obligations regarding sanitization of workspaces and the civil and criminal liability of employers in the event of infection contracted in the workplace. The second module presents tax measures for businesses, from tax credits for workplace sanitization costs to suggestions for tax payment deadlines. The third module of the course, led by Fabrizio Vedana, focuses on Legislative Decree 231/2001 and whistleblowing, with an in-depth look at COVID-19 protocols and state aid related to the pandemic. Electronic payments, changing user and consumer habits, and the role of e-commerce during the lockdown are the topics of the fourth module, led by Prof. Maurizio Pimpinella, President of the Anti-Money Laundering Payment Service Providers Association. The risks of financial crime, along with the guidance of the Bank of Italy and the FIU, are the focus of the fifth module, led by Prof. Nicola Mainieri. Prof. Marco Martorana will address the topic of personal data protection in the sixth module, while the seventh module concludes with Prof. Edoardo Faletti, who will present corporate risk management and business protection and development.
