Immediately after the Christmas break, the course "DAC5, FATCA & CRS – Impacts and obligations of financial intermediaries towards the Revenue Agency" begins.

The course, taught by Emiliano Marvulli, UCIFI Official of the Revenue Agency, is aimed at managers of compliance, legal, tax, organizational, and middle office functions at financial institutions.

The aim of the course is to provide participants with the information and documentation necessary to responsibly comply with the regulatory provisions set forth by FATCA and CRS, as well as by the DAC5 Directive.
