The Director of the European School of Banking Management, Sergio Silvestri, obtained the certification in Facilitating and Designing Workshop in Milan with the method LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®The certification was issued by Per Kristiansen, co-creator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and founder of the International Association of Master Trainers.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative methodology designed to improve innovation and business performance. It is a tool designed to facilitate communication processes, creative thinking, and strategy. The goal is to foster creative thinking through team-building activities based on the use of LEGO® bricks to create metaphors for their organizational identity and experiences. Each participant builds their own 3D LEGO® model in response to the facilitator's questions using specially selected LEGO® elements. These models serve as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving, and decision-making.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, therefore, is a technique that improves group problem solving and requires the presence of a trained facilitator.
