The Fourth European Anti-Money Laundering Directive, among many other innovations, has placed a particular spotlight on the world of professionals, considered crucial in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.

This renewed focus on lawyers, accountants, employment consultants, and anyone involved in the financial world requires that these professionals, as well as all those subject to these obligations, stay up-to-date on anti-money laundering procedures through highly qualified, ad hoc training programs.

An opportunity for professionals interested in updating their skills is provided by the Sicily Region which, with theNotice 16/2017, It finances training activities to support the skills of freelancers and self-employed workers.

The Call aims to facilitate the updating of professionals' individual skills and abilities, allowing them freedom to design training and professional development programs that best meet the needs of their beneficiaries. To qualify for funding, however, the training programs must be consistent with the development needs of the applicant professionals, their professional prospects, and their need for qualifications and continuing education.

Our master's degrees are eligible for funding Anti-money laundering, Risk Management, Privacy and Cyber ​​Security, MBA Banking.

Anyone can apply self-employed professionals with a VAT number, aged between 18 and 67, resident or domiciled in Sicily, who carry out their activity in the regional territory and who are registered in professional registers or colleges, in a professional association that issues a quality certificate, or in the INPS Separate Management.

The financial resources available for the project amount to a total of €3.000.000,00.
