Prof. Dr. Sergio Silvestri

With a degree in Economics and a Master's in Direct Marketing from the Siegfried Vögele Institute for Dialogue Marketing, he was among the first managers to disseminate the principles of Total Quality within Italian companies in the early 90s. He has conducted significant research on Customer Satisfaction for Italian and multinational companies.
Passionate about direct marketing, he is one of the very few Italian managers trained by the world-renowned guru Siegfried Vögele, whose teachings he disseminates. He teaches Total Quality Management, Direct Marketing, and Management Ethics.
From 1982 to 1995 he held the role of Sales Manager at important national and multinational companies.
In 1992, he began training in NLP programs. Today, he is a Certified Motivational Coach certified by John Grinder and a Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method certified by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
He directs the European School of Banking Management, of which he chairs the Scientific Committee.
In 2012 he founded AISMEB (Italian Association of Management and Banking Studies).
