With a degree in Economics and Business and a Master's in Tax Law, he has been an official at the Italian Revenue Agency since 2004, where he focuses on international taxation, tax monitoring of intermediaries and investments and assets held abroad, and information exchange. An auditor for cooperatives and a member of the Rome Journalists' Association, he contributes to online publications on national and international tax law. He also collaborates with several training institutions and is co-author of the book "Immobili e attività finanziari titolari all'estero" (Real Estate and Financial Assets Held Abroad), published by Nel diritto Editore in 2015.
