Summary Notice 3/2013 Individual Plans

The Notice finances Individual Plans aimed at consolidating and developing the employability, adaptability, and skills of workers, as well as increasing the competitive capacity of companies.

The Notice will have a duration of 12 months starting from June 20, 2013 and the overall financial endowment is € 6.000.000,00 (six million).

The submission of Individual Plans can be made on any day of each month, except for the month of August, starting from
20 2013 June.

An essential requirement for the presentation of a training plan is that membership to the Fund was completed within April 30, 2013; This requirement also exists for Beneficiary Companies.

Each individual company, even if it is a beneficiary of multiple Plans, is entitled to a total loan related to the number of employees registered with the Fund. 30/04/2013, excluding managers. The following table shows the funding classes and the maximum number of workers who can be involved, on the same dates and times.

The maximum funding foreseen for each Plan is € 3.000,00 inclusive of VAT, including any travel expenses (travel, food and accommodation).

To carry out training activities, companies receiving funding must make use of:
– Implementing Bodies in possession of quality certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 sector EA 37 standard, with at least 5 years of presence on the market and with a turnover of at least 1 million euros in the latest approved financial statement;
– Public or private universities recognized by the Ministry of Education, University and Research
