Summary Notice 2/2013 Professionalizing Apprenticeship
Notice 2/2013 funds the training of workers hired under a professional apprenticeship contract, governed by Legislative Decree No. 167 of September 14, 2011, in compliance with the Agreement signed between ABI and the Trade Unions on April 24, 2012, and the Agreement signed between ANIA and the Trade Unions on June 14, 2012.
The Notice will be valid for 12 months from 2 May 2013.
The financial allocation for the Notice is €12.000.000,00 (twelve million).
The National Agreement signed on 16 October 2012 by ABI, ANIA and the trade unions is valid for the submission of funding applications.
Submissions will be accepted exclusively online starting May 2, 2013. The IT system will be accessible at all times, and there is no limit to the number of funding applications that can be submitted.
Activities may only begin after the funding application has been submitted to the Fund and must be completed within 36 months of the Plan submission date, under penalty of revocation or revision of the funding.
The essential requirements for submitting funding applications to the Fund are:
a. membership completed by 12/31/2012;
b. registration in the registers of the Bank of Italy, IVASS, or CONSOB.
The same requirements indicated for the Presenting Entities apply to beneficiary companies.
Financing parameters
The funding parameter for the training of apprentices and tutors is €20,00/hour per participant.
For tutor training, the maximum amount that can be requested is €750,00.
For support activities carried out by each tutor, the maximum amount that can be requested is €1.000,00 per year.
For each Beneficiary Company, the Fund will finance a tutor for a minimum of five apprentices.
Training paths and learning assessment
To access funding, companies must follow the instructions in Appendix 1, "Training Paths for Professional Apprenticeships in the Insurance and Credit-Financial Sectors."
Companies will be able to organize the content of the training courses according to their organizational needs.
The Fund will assess each apprentice's learning at the end of each apprenticeship year, using the parameters of the European Qualifications Framework, as indicated in the Guide to the Assessment of Vocational Apprenticeships.
The annual evaluation session will be mandatory, under penalty of revocation or review of the funding.
Reporting
Companies will be able to report at the end of the activities or annually, after the apprentices have completed their annual evaluation.
