What is Digital Learning?

Corporate learning has changed dramatically in recent years: from a standard structure based on teacher-led classrooms, today interactive digital tools are increasingly used, available on demand and via mobile devices. Although classroom training is still prevalent, 75% of Italian companies consider digital learning more relevant than traditional methods.

Live streaming

For live-streaming training activities (virtual classroom), the European School of Banking Management uses the “GoToMeeting” platform.

E-Learning

Numerous studies conducted on learning models and related teaching methodologies (Prof. Albert Bandura - Stanford University) have highlighted that face-to-face training with a teacher in the classroom remains the methodology that ensures the highest level of learning, but in many cases Distance Learning (FAD) represents a very valid alternative, offering advantages in terms of practicality, usability, and cost.
