The quality of the teachers is excellent, and even during the training process, which was evaluated through satisfaction surveys—an initiative that was appreciated—the quality was high; in terms of satisfaction, I found peaks of excellence.
I think one of the most valuable elements was the exchange of views; the regulations, or rather the knowledge and skills component, are a key element, but I personally believe the added value came from the exchange with the recognized professionalism of the teaching staff, which, by its very nature, represented various important points of view.
In some cases, the Master's program allowed us to better focus on certain skills we had learned that were already developed due to the nature of our daily work. In other cases, thanks to the opportunity for discussion, we were able to consolidate operational aspects and refine them by drawing on the experiences the teachers shared during the Master's program.
Yes, I would recommend the Master's program! I consider it a specialized training initiative; furthermore, to fully benefit from this type of program, you need to be prepared. It's not for beginners; you need to have a certain background to appreciate the Master's program.
