The first part examines the Risk Manager's duties within the new internal control system and optimal interactions with other corporate functions. First- and second-level risks are then addressed using an interactive and practical methodology, enabling the Risk Manager to implement and maintain all the appropriate second-level controls required by regulations and best practices.
