Code 01 Course The International and National Regulatory Framework on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing
About This Course
Introduction
This course addresses the system for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, both at the international and national levels.
Structure
The course consists of a half-day, three-hour classroom session. The course includes significant hands-on instruction with the practical analysis of real-world cases, proposed by the students themselves, which are then analyzed and discussed in plenary sessions or through exercises led by the instructor. Each half-day of training provides two training credits, required for renewing the school's certifications (AMLACERT, KYCACERT, RCACERT, WSACERT) and the CAMS certification. Furthermore, this course serves as the introductory module for the Master's Anti-Money Laundering Diploma, providing a solid foundation for those wishing to further explore anti-money laundering issues.
