Code 21 - Management of exports of dual-use goods and technologies
About This Course
Introduction
This course offers an overview of the management of dual-use goods exports, ranging from regulatory aspects to operational aspects. The European and national regulations governing the matter are outlined, providing an updated overview of developments related to quantum technologies and semiconductors. The course then explores the technical classification methodologies for products, obtaining authorizations through the e-Licensing portal, and the stringent sanctions system introduced by Legislative Decree 211/2025.
Structure
The course lasts approximately three hours. The course includes significant hands-on learning with the practical analysis of real-world cases, proposed by the students themselves, which are then analyzed and discussed in plenary sessions or through exercises led by the instructor. Each training course awards two training credits, required for the renewal of the school's certifications (AMLACERT, KYCACERT, RCACERT, WSACERT) and the CAMS certification.
