On May 2nd and 3rd, the Lego Serious Play Aikido course was held at the BCC Bank in San Marzano di San Giuseppe.

The activity aims to bring about a shift in perspective in the self-management of relationships within the workplace, proving itself as a useful tool both for remediating "mephitic" situations and for enhancing existing potential that is not yet yielding the full results hoped for or expected.

The whole thing was led by Master Domenico Casale, Aikido Master – 6th Dan (AIKIKAI D'ITALIA) and Dr. Sergio Silvestri, Certified Motivational Coach certified by John Grinder and Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method certified by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
