Summary of the Notice
The Notice supports funding applications for individual training for banking and insurance company employees.
The Notice will remain open until December 31, 2019.
The financial allocation for the Notice is €3.000.000,00 (three million Euros).
The essential requirements for submitting a Funding Application for this Notice are:
a) membership completed by 28 February 2019 (valid for January 2019);
b) be compliant, starting from the January 2013 contribution declaration, with the entry into the CFI (Interprofessional Fund Contribution) computer system of the data relating to the monthly declarations submitted to INPS.
Funding applications can be submitted exclusively online, starting June 3, 2019.
Each company, even if it receives multiple funding applications, is entitled to a total funding based on the number of employees enrolled in the Fund as of January 31, 2019 (UNIEMENS January 2019), excluding managers. The following table shows the funding categories and the maximum number of eligible workers, on the same dates and times.

The maximum value of a Plan is €3.000,00 (three thousand euros); travel expenses (including food and accommodation) are not eligible for FBA financing.
To carry out training activities, companies receiving funding must make use of:
- entities holding quality certification in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for education and training activities;
- Consulting and training firms with at least 5 years of market presence and a turnover of at least €1 million in the latest approved financial statements;
- Public or private universities recognized by the Ministry of Education, University and Research;
- Institutional entities.
CAUTION!!!
Please remember that the financing procedure is as follows:
- Submission of union agreement for Notice 2/2019. The number of workers involved is not required.
- Submitting a funding application. Funding applications must meet the following requirements:
– Refers to a relationship with a single supplier (provider). Multiple participants participating in conferences or similar events constitute a single application;
– Documented by a contract or other document proving the existence of the relationship between the parties and its economic value. - Training activities can only begin after the funding application has been approved and by January 31, 2020.
- The report will be comprehensive of the funding application
