The European School of Banking Management is a division of Strategies Srl, a member of ASFOR (Italian Association for Management Training), the most respected association representing Italy's leading institutions in the field of management training. ASFOR is synonymous with the quality, professionalism, and utmost integrity of its member schools, which are admitted after a lengthy vetting process.

The European School of Banking Management was also subjected to this process, which included audits, detailed analyses, and a thorough review of its requirements and location. All of this was aimed at assessing the School's suitability for the high quality standards required by the Association in terms of organization, structure, and training programs.

ASFOR is an institutional recognition of the excellence of the school's educational programs, available to anyone—recent graduates, professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs—who choose to build their professional future with us. Being part of ASFOR means guaranteeing the solidity of all our educational programs, the quality of our teaching staff, and the School's reputation and integrity.

Being a member of ASFOR is a source of great pride for us, the culmination of our years of work and the starting point of a journey of continuous improvement. This requires us to make an ever-increasing and relentless effort to ensure the highest quality and professionalism for all those who interact with us.

ICEP (Institute of European Certification of Personnel) is the European Personnel Certification Body, and its mission is to contribute to increasing the credibility of the international certification system and the world of work and volunteering through the demonstrable qualification of operators.

ICEP is the EUROPEAN leader in the certification of professional figures.
The School has obtained the prestigious ICEP accreditation for all its Master's programs. ICEP has also established a European Register exclusively for graduates of the European School of Banking Education.

The activities:
Assessment and Certification of Skills.
This is ICEP's core activity. This process involves implementing all necessary actions to assess the applicant's compliance with all the requirements for the purpose established in the relevant Certification Scheme.
In this regard, particular attention is paid to the methods used to assess the possession of these requirements and to the selection of those who are called upon to assess such possession.

Qualification of training courses required for Skills Certification.
The Qualification Schemes establish all the requirements that Organizations must possess to obtain qualification for the provision of Training Courses if the latter constitute a requirement in the corresponding Competence Certification Scheme.

ICEP Registers
The ICEP Registers, continuously updated and available by country, are the only official documents certifying the possession of a certification of competence and/or qualification by an organization. They are open to the public.

In 1987, ISO (ISO – International Organization for Standardization) developed a series of standards for the development of Quality Systems which, in a short time, became the reference model for companies sensitive to the issues of quality and production organization.
The ISO 9000 series standards were born from these objectives.

Quality is our core business and our mission. To pursue this goal, we have established an organization based on a CSQA-certified Quality Management System.
ISO 9001, chosen by the school, is the most comprehensive in establishing rules for all phases of company organization.

For schools, complying with the ISO 9001 standard means facing the market with new competitiveness, both immediately and over the long term. Compliance with the ISO 9001 standard not only ensures the quality of the company's work, but above all guarantees clients that every service provided by the school brand offers an added certainty: the quality that comes from continuously improving work.

Since November 2021, the organization headed by the European School of Banking Management and the Italian Anti-Money Laundering School has obtained the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Certification according to ISO 21001:2018, demonstrating its ability to consistently provide, share, and facilitate the construction of knowledge for learners in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The goal is to improve the satisfaction of learners, other customers, and staff through the effective application of the EOMS, including system improvement processes, continuously raising the level of service provided, and promoting a culture of quality in the learning process.
